By implementing ImageNow, Frontline Homeowners Insurance has automated its underwriting and claims management processes, eliminating manual inefficiencies and benefiting from workflow accountability. Employees are able to process new and existing business faster and manage claims in a more timely manner. Perceptive Software’s patented LearnMode™ technology integrated with Frontline Homeowners Insurance’s AS400-based Claims and Policy Administration system. Integration creates a direct connection between records in this core application and corresponding information in ImageNow, enabling users to instantly retrieve supporting documents from their screens.

With all pertinent policyholder and claim information consolidated into one central electronic repository, staff can easily access documents in real time and complete administrative activities more efficiently. By using non-programmatic integration, the ImageNow implementation process took weeks, rather than months, helping Frontline Homeowners Insurance realize an immediate return on investment.
